Interpretation of rates
The prices shown are per apartment and day, VAT taxes (10%) included. The mimar hotel management group reserves the rights to change prices/dates and service without prior notice.
Privacy of your data
Your personal data will receive the corresponding treatment, always in accordance with the data protection law. In no case, said data will be transferred to third parties for any type of commercial action or of another nature.
Cancelation conditions
ALTEA SOL, ALTEA REMEDI, ALTEA VILLA and END ALBIR
30% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fees. If the cancellation is before 21 days of the arrival date or in case of NO SHOW, the company will charge the total cost of the reservation. The minimum charge in case of cancellation is 30% of the total price.
ALTEA STUDIO
20% of the total amount will be charged as cancellation fees. If the cancellation is before 7 days of the arrival date or in case of NO SHOW, the company will charge the total cost of the reservation. The minimum charge in case of cancellation is 20% of the total price.
ALTEA ROOMS
20% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made before 1 day of the arrival date or in case of a NO SHOW, the company will charge the total cost of the reservation. The minimum charge in case of cancellation is 20% of the total price.
Non-Refundable Reservations 100% of the total is charged when making the reservation and is considered a cancellation expense if that is the case.
Cancellation conditions for group reservations, with discounts and long stays (31+ and 91+ nights)
The amount charged will remain as a cancellation fee.
Please note that special promotional fares often have terms such as NON-refundable, meaning the amount will not be refundable if canceled after the stay has been paid for.
special requests
Special requests will be taken into consideration. We always try to accommodate those wishes, but there is no guarantee or right to claim compensation if this is not fulfilled.
WIFI AND satellite TV
Access to our Wi-Fi and satellite TV services is allowed temporarily, and we reserve the right to withdraw or modify them without prior notice, including the case of suspension of access for reasons necessary to maintain or improve our services.
The company will not refund for problems with free services like the Internet and TV channels.
Pets
We understand that your pet is part of your family too, and that's why we welcome them to all of our communities. But in consideration for allergy sufferers, we have to charge an additional cost of 60 euros in the villa and in the houses of Altea.
Bond ALTEA VILLA y ALTEA SOL, ALTEA REMEDI y ALTEA STUDIO
As a customer, you authorize mimar hotel management to charge the total number of nights booked, including unused nights, to your credit card. You also authorize the charge to the same card for any damages caused to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 500 euros.
Check-in / Entry
Check-in and its access code are activated from 14:00 p.m. MIMAR ALTEA ROOMS and from 16:00 p.m. on MIMAR ALTEA SOL, MIMAR ALTEA REMEDI, MIMAR ALTEA STUDIO y MIMAR ALTEA VILLAIf you arrive early, our staff will let you in if your room is ready, and if not, you can leave your luggage and return. When you leave, leave your keys on the table inside and close the door.
Check-out / Departure
On the day of your departure you must leave the room in MIMAR ALTEA ROOMS before 12:00 and in other accommodations before 11:00. MIMAR ALTEA ROOMS You just have to leave. In other accommodations you can leave a key back in the box where you found it or leave both keys on the table inside the house and close the door.
The houses are disinfected using an OZONE machine and the maximum time is needed for preparation.
Maximum number of occupants
If the number of people staying is greater than that established in the reservation, the immediate expulsion will occur without the right to a refund of the amount of the reservation.
