RESTING
We ask you to respect the rest hours between 23:00 and 08:00.
PARTIES
Celebrations of parties or events are not allowed.
POOL
To keep the pool in good condition during your stay, it is very important to shower beforehand!
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside.
Noise
Public scandal or inappropriate conduct that disturbs the peace and coexistence in the neighborhood will imply immediate expulsion regardless of the time of day or night. This also means the loss of the rent and the deposit without any right to compensation.
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
Check-in time is from 14:00 p.m.
The latest check-out time is 12:00 noon. Your code will no longer work upon check-out.
Late check-out is available upon request.
WiFi
Access to our Wi-Fi services is allowed on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or modify them without prior notice, including in the case of suspension of access for necessary reasons to maintain or improve our services.
The company will not issue refunds for problems with free services such as the Internet.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in the complex. Not in the pool area either.
KIDS
Children are not allowed in the complex. Not in the pool area either.
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
If the number of people staying is greater than that established in the reservation, the immediate expulsion will occur without the right to a refund of the amount of the reservation.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Special requests will be taken into consideration. We always try to accommodate those wishes, but there is no guarantee or right to claim compensation if this is not fulfilled.
