The facility can offer a small swimming pool, relaxation area, elevator and a common service room with toilet, shower, washing machine, dryer, iron and bicycle parking for cyclists.
ALTEA ROOM 01 – Room with access to common patio and pool
A spacious room located on the ground floor. It is accessed without barriers and is therefore a room suitable for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs.
ALTEA ROOM 01 is 19 m2 and consists of a queen-size double bed (160×200), bathroom with shower, small kitchen, table for two and terrace with access to the pool area.
OBS: There is no material for the disabled. It is spacious and easy to access!
ALTEA ROOMS 03 & 04 – Large room with two balconies
Some of the largest rooms. These bright rooms are approximately 21 m2 and have two balconies.
They are located on the first floor and are accessed by elevator or stairs either from Carreta Street or from Remedi Street.
ALTEA ROOMS 03 & 04 each have a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen to make breakfast if you wish, a table for two and balconies.
ROOM 04 has a desk.
ALTEA ROOM 05 – Room with terrace and sea views
Bright room of 19,40 m2.
This room is located on the second and last floor that can be accessed from Remedi Street at street level or from Carreta Street via stairs. This room offers a small terrace with beautiful panoramic views of the sea.
ALTEA ROOM 05 has a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen to make breakfast if desired with a small table for two and sea views.
We plan to install an elevator (2025) that could be accessed from Remedi Street and Carreta Street, but until then rooms 05 and 06 will have access to the common area and pool on Carreta Street, surrounding the building.
ALTEA ROOM 06 – Room with balcony and sea views
Bright room of 18,5 m2.
This room is located on the second and last floor that can be accessed from Remedi Street at street level or from Carreta Street via stairs. These rooms offer a balcony with beautiful panoramic views of the sea.
